If u want to make a lot at once to freeze, I do ground beef, chopped onions/celery/mushrooms/garlic fried together until cooked. U can add seasoning salt & pepper if u like. Then freeze it in portions. It can be the base for spaghetti, chili, or lasagna. Just add canned pasta or tomatoes sauce (and beans & chili spice for chili).
Im on a greek pasta salad kick right now! cook up some fusilli or rotini noodles|(4 cups makes a lot) and cool with cold water... chop up any color of bell pepper, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, black olives, feta(make sure its paturized...so its safe for pregnant mommas) you can add onion if you like(i hate onions) or any veggies you want... the dressing you can either buy a bottle of greek dressing or make a simple homemade dressing(i prefer homemade as the store bought soaks in by the next day-tho you could just add more).... 1/2 Cup oil, 1/3 cup vinegar, 1 tablespoon white sugar, and 1 tablespoon greek seasoning.... mix it up and poor over... let the pasta salad sit in the fridge to marinate and stir occasionally :)
You can add grilled chicken...seasoned with greek seasoning as well (optional) and then you have a variety of veggies and a healthy protein :) SO GOOD!!! this salad goes well with anything tho! burgers, wings, anything!

Preheat your oven to 350°…Crumble ground beef in a skillet, salt and pepper it. (When its done put in a can of rotel if you want) and put your choice of cream of mushroom or cream.of chicken in the meat. While that's cooking defrost some tater tots in the oven. After they're defrosted layer some tater tots in the bottom of a cake pan then layer the meat on top and some.cheese and more tots and meat and.cheese and the pop.in the oven for about 30 minutes.
boil chicken (season with whole pepper and garlic salt) until ready, drain, open a can of cream of mushroom, heat up in a pan with a little bit of margarine and a hint of pepper, DONT LET IT BOIL, throw the chicken in and ready! chicken with mushroom cream, you can serve with mashed potatoes, broccoli, carrots and a dinner roll
