Okay so tomorrow morning I have an appointment at a hospital that I'm not even delivering at. I have no idea what the appointment is for or who I will be seeing. I haven't even met my doctor yet!!! I don't want to keep talking to a bunch of people nor do I want to be traveling to three different places for my appointments and I for d**n sure don't want any more strangers looking at my vag!! Ughhh I'm irritated!!! x-(

I got my blood work done at the hospital I'm delivering at ( St. Luke's). I'm just a shy person and I've had the same family doctor my whole life. Its just uncomfy having all of these people touch my belly and private areas. It really kind of pisses me off lol

My doctor works at an OBGYN office as well but I have yet to meet her. I've had someone else do my ultrasounds, someone else do my pap and pelvic exams, and now apparently someone else for something! When the office called for my appointment tomorrow I thought it was my doctor's office but when I got the reminder call it was a different hospital. I'm honestly ready to just tell these people to f**k off and find a new doctor. The doctor I originally wanted wouldn't take me because I was too far along so I chose this doctor because I felt I was running out of time.

I go to St Jose so unfortunately (or fortunately, however you see it) you don't necessarily have a set doctor. You are technically assigned one midwife, but you will end up rotating and meeting all of them with your appointments. They said they do that because your main doctor isn't always the one that will be delivering your baby. Hopefully your hospital isn't like mine because rotating doctors can definitely be awkward at times seeing how you can really bump heads with some of them.

Typically you have to go to different places for different things like blood tests and ultrasounds. Maybe it could be one of those cases.

I met my Dr the day i went in to do my medical history and test to confirm the pregnancy. Why dont you ask why your going all over the place and meeting all kinds of ppl. Also you should not be making and going to appointments without asking the person who scheduled them what they are about.

Oh my gosh, I met my doctor the first visit. He's always the one checking the heart and belly size.
Can you find a new doctor who actually cares? I'm sorry you're getting the run around, that's not right
