Im also 21+2. And ive walked through the whole pregnancy and I have 2 other kids that were very easy and I didnt exercise or walk at all

Yeah i walked yesterday and ifelr great until i got home and my feet where alil swollen and my legs hurt

I'm just now starting at 20w really walking outside because winter basically just ended so it's finally nice out. Before that I'd go walk around the mall some. Anything is better than nothing.

Yes, keeping your muscles tone helps with everything throughout pregnancy. Pains and aches,  the labor process, the healing process.

Anytime. Walking and staying tone is great for when you're ready for labor.
