Getting induced and don't know what to expect.

Tomorrow at 7:00p.m. I have to be at the hospital for an induction.
I'm already 40 weeks.
This is my third pregnancy but my previous two, labor came naturally. I really have no idea what to expect. Or how long it'll take..etc.

Oh gosh, I'm too late. You are probably at the hospital.  Sorry, just saw this.  How did it go??  When I was induced, I met my doctor at the hospital, got comfy in my room, they broke my water, hooked up an iv, cathed me, and it was game on!  :>)  Tell us how it went for you!!

With my first, my induction started at 6 am in the morning, same process. No contractions whatsoever.. Water broke around 12 pm..  still no contractions. around 4 started strong contractions but my son was really big so couldnt pass through the birth canal and I ended up having an emergency c-sec.. Was holding my little bear at 5.30 pm..
Mine was very less painfull experience but sure the aftermath of the c-sec covered all the pain! lol!

hey! dont worry just be calm nd try not to overthink about it..
you have to go on an empty stomach.. you will be then hooked up on pitocin nd they will try nd bring labour pains..  it maybe a lengthy process so take your cellphone nd charger or books whichever you prefer to pass time with..
If the labour starts just remember to breath through every contraction! you will have your LO in your arms in no time..  Best of luck!
