a large part of my nasea in early pregnancy was from the prenatals. try switching to flinstones or the gummy one a days for adults... you could also try preggie pops and preggie pop drops (toys are us had them near me) which are little all.natural sour candies that ccan help or just talk to ur doctor about an anti nasea med but some weightloss isnt too bad... I lost close to 30 pounds before I started gaining any weight back....

I had bad nausea in early pregnancy doctor told me to eat ginger biscuits, gaviscon and if its reallly bad h3 told me to take jst small bit of ginger. He told me to eat small instead of big meals. Welll avoid smells which cause nausea. Take plenty of fresh air. N drink more water. It will subside min3 did at 10 wks.

Absolutely nothing helps , I'm 35 weeks tomorrow and still being sick , only twice a day now but better than the 11x a day at the beginning , I found that eating things you don't have to chew sorta helped the shaky sick feeling at least . Tomato soup and mashed potatoes was all I could manage . Try dry Jacobs crackers too . I feel you pain lol xXx

Try ginger pills. They are for travel sickness and worked really well for me.
