I don't mind the million bathroom breaks haha i prefer getting up then charlie horses forcing me to wake up in pain. Which btw you just stand up to get rid of

I was getting leg cramps 1-2 times at night almost every night, I started eating a banana every morning and drinking an extra glass of water at night right before sleeping (getting up to pee anyways, right?) I try to stretch them before I sleep too! If you can stand bananas.. Seriously eat a bunch!
