I have PCOS and hypothyroidism resulting in nearly always being a bit tired, prone to gaining weight and having extremely unpredictable periods. I go months at a time without a period then randomly have one that seems normal, then months again til the next. This means I also never know if or when I'm "late" for AF.
Here goes:
BD (aka "Baby Dance") on March 5 (Fri) & 6 (Sat), March 12 (Fri) & 13 (Sat)
Pinkish streaked discharge (lasting only a few hours) on March 18 (Thurs)
BD on March 19 & 20
In the weeks since, I've been having some slight 'period-like' cramps on and off. I've also been getting more headaches than normal and have gained about 2 lbs above my normal 5lb weight fluctuation. Every few days I feel a little sick to my stomach but it's not enough to interfere with my daily activities. I've actually had a major decrease in appetite too recently and find myself turned off by food.
I know I don't ovulate normally or on any kind of schedule, but does it sound like I might be pregnant? The timeline for conception and the pink discharge I experienced (which could have been implantation bleeding makes sense now that I think about it. I've never spotted before in my life unless it was the day before AF showed up which still hasn't happened. If implantation occurred on March 18, I would be roughly 5 weeks pregnant at this time.
Mind you, I would be absolutely ecstatic if I were pregnant- I found out a few years ago that with PCOS I'm going to have a very hard time conceiving so this would be a bit of a miracle for me and I would probably throw my arms up and do a happy dance right here on my bed! :-) What are your thoughts? I will probably be going out to the store today to pick up a test.
