Irregular periods, possibly pregnant?

I have PCOS and hypothyroidism resulting in nearly always being a bit tired, prone to gaining weight and having extremely unpredictable periods. I go months at a time without a period then randomly have one that seems normal, then months again til the next. This means I also never know if or when I'm "late" for AF.

Here goes:
BD (aka "Baby Dance") on March 5 (Fri) & 6 (Sat), March 12 (Fri) & 13 (Sat)
Pinkish streaked discharge (lasting only a few hours) on March 18 (Thurs)
BD on March 19 & 20

In the weeks since, I've been having some slight 'period-like' cramps on and off. I've also been getting more headaches than normal and have gained about 2 lbs above my normal 5lb weight fluctuation. Every few days I feel a little sick to my stomach but it's not enough to interfere with my daily activities. I've actually had a major decrease in appetite too recently and find myself turned off by food.

I know I don't ovulate normally or on any kind of schedule, but does it sound like I might be pregnant? The timeline for conception and the pink discharge I experienced (which could have been implantation bleeding makes sense now that I think about it. I've never spotted before in my life unless it was the day before AF showed up which still hasn't happened. If implantation occurred on March 18, I would be roughly 5 weeks pregnant at this time.

Mind you, I would be absolutely ecstatic if I were pregnant- I found out a few years ago that with PCOS I'm going to have a very hard time conceiving so this would be a bit of a miracle for me and I would probably throw my arms up and do a happy dance right here on my bed! :-) What are your thoughts? I will probably be going out to the store today to pick up a test.

Well, AF was VERY stealthy. Today I started cramping and an hour later AF showed up. So even though I'm not pregnant, it's still a good thing that AF is here condering it's been nearly 6 months since the last one.

Still have INCREDIBLY sore breasts, they are becoming more sore every day... still no sign of AF, no cramps or anything that would lead me to suspect that AF is sneaking up around the corner. No more pain in the lower right side of abdomen either. Still confused as to what's going on. Took a second HPT 4/23 and it was negative. *sigh*

ANY comments would be greatly appreciated... still haven't gotten any advice or comments here :-( Anyone please feel free to chime in!

Well the day after posting this I took a HPT and it was neg. However yesterday my breasts starting showing signs of tenderness (ouchhh) and I have a dull pain in the right side of my abdomen. It sometimes hurts in that general area when I have ovarian cysts which could very well be the case, but I've never had sore breasts unless I was a day or 2 before AF. Hopefully in the next few days I'll find out if AF shows up or not.
