HELP!

I woke up and was going to going to the bathroom and I felt three gushes, I thought I peed myself and waddled to the bathroom. I sat down and I felt something dripping out before I peed and it was like a clear jelly. I know its tmi but I have no idea if it was my water or my mucus plug.
