Happy

Well I decided to do a pregnancy challenge which means that I was going to do everything natural during my pregnancy without prenatal vitamins and iron pills, so today I went to see my midwife and she said that everything was perfect and that the baby is a lil bit bigger than what it suppose to be.. meaning that my challenge is going perfect... who else is with me? Im 30 weeks

Since the beginning of my pregnancy I talked to my doctor and she told me that vitamins are just a supplementary, im not putting the baby on risk at all, im just eating healthy and the baby is totally fine.

Btw not saying something is going to be wrong with your baby just saying there have been babies that have had issues even in the long run due to not having the proper vitamins that help brain development and other developments through the pregnancy.

Not taking your prenatals can cause other problems that you wont necessarily notice until the baby is born. My aunt didnt take any during her pregnancy and her baby was so big she had to have a c section and he has a thyroid problem. Its dangerous to do challenges like that at your childs risk.
