Hard time in sleeping.

Hi. Im on my 30weeks and Im having a hard time in sleeping like noe its almost 1:30am here and still Im not sleepy. Im worrying about my baby, I also have my insomnia. And, usually happens I go to sleep past 12mn to 2am and getting awake by 8:30 to 9:00am. Omg! What should I do ?

2 nd trimester i would sleep thru yhe night now i cant last night i think i slept till 3 am gd thing i have left like 20 days or less

She's right ^ it really doesn't get any easier. I'm 34 weeks and still feel exhausted every morning and wake up at least 2-3 times a night. I forgot the last time I slept the whole night through

I'm 30 weeks too and lately having trouble sleeping. I had heartburn last night too and like she said I had warm milk and passed out! Lol

Im 30 wks as well. Before , iwould go str8 to sleep now im havn trouble togo to sleep. Its weird & frustrating. I'll end up in bed around 10-11. & dnt fall asleep til like 2? ): & my 14month old wakes up around 8 & around 9 my 3yr old wakes ^ ; its hard. Ifeel comfortable so , its deff not the belly problem. Ijust cnt fall to sleep easily.
