Hard worker, that ok??

I do construction and currently 10 weeks and have done it since day 1. My question is, is it ok to be doing the heavy lifting, going up and down ladders all day. Power tools and all... ??

Anything your body was used to pre-pregnancy should be fine. But as stated by another your Center of balance will change as your belly grows so you may need to alter certain job responsibilities as needed. But I too would talk with my doctor about other possible safety issues as well as my immediate supervisor.

Hi, your doctor will guide you.  You are most likely okay for now but going up and down a ladder and carrying things like tools while doing so when you've got the big pregnant belly will likely be difficult.  Your balance will be different, etc.  so, there will most likely be a time in which you'll have to do your work on the ground for safety reasons.  good luck
