Having trouble getting pregnant

So my partner and me are trying to have a baby. I had the implant in my arm for the whole 3 years and got it taken out nov last year (2011). What I would like to know is.. Would having that implant in my arm effect me from having babies all together? Please help

It took me and my hubby 2 years to get pregnant. Just can't worry about it and have to be patient. For some women it just doesn't happen right away. Its very unfair. Give it time then go see a fertility doctor. Cause i promise when you're least expecting it is when you'll fall pregnant lol

If you are under age 35 the general "rule" is to try for a year and if you don't get pregnant see your dr.(over 35 its 6 months) have you tried ovulation prediction kits?  Those are helpful.  Some people do basal body temp and chart.(I never had the patience) good luck to you.

It wouldnt hurt to go see the dr just to make sure everything looks ok for you. A good book for the mean time is Taking Charge of Your Fertility. I read it before getting pregnant and learned SO SO much!!!

Do you think I should just wait and see what happens or go see my GP? Cause it really worries me even more when friends around me are falling pregnant.

Some people maybe a small percentage are able to get pregnant right after, but some people get pregnant after about
18 months, until the system is totally free. My experience..
