Hcg levels too high?! multiples?

Hi, ths is my first time posting on here. I am 5 Weeks and 4 days today...according to my LMP. I had my hcg kennels tested on the 12th (7 dpo) due to stomach cramps. On the 14th they tested my levels again as well as my progesterone. My hcg was 127 and progesterone was 27.8. On the 27th (22 dpo) I went in the office due to more cramping. My levels were 14828! Again, only 5 Weeks 1 day. I also had an ultrasound the same day and all that was seen inside the gestational sac was the yolk sac with a possible baby attached (no heartbeat). They said that that's fine but want me to come in a week to make sure they see a heartbeat. I am still cramping. I also compared my u/s PC to others and the gestational sac looks oval or shaped like a peanut. I heard that's bad. Anyways, the doc.or tech never mentioned it at all so maybe they were at a different angle? So my questions are concerning my hcg levels and a possible multiple pregnancy and whether or not my bean shaped gestational sac could be normal. Is there a way that I can post my u/s pic on here so others can see? I am having a problem posting the pic. Sorry this was so long. I just wanted to be thorough. Thank you!

When your levels were that high at 5 weeks were you able to see the fetus of heat a heartbeat via vaginal us? My levels were over 10000 and because my vaginal us didn't show baby or heartbeat doctor predicted miscarriage soon. I go back Monday.

At 5 weeks my hcg was 17,909 I was scared of a molar pregnancy or twins but all turned out fine. I'm now 24 weeks with one healthy boy!

Well, in your shoes, first I would take steps to see if the 14,828 number is really correct.  I would ask to come in on Monday for another hCG draw.  No sense in worrying yourself, if it was a lab error.

If the number is confirmed and the gestational sac really looks irregular (let the doctor say that it is, rather than just you looking at it), ask your doctor if there is any concern that this might be a molar pregnancy.

Here's hoping this is just a lab mistake.  They don't happen often, but there have been stories on this site where they did happen.
