Make sure you are drinking lots of water. Also Tylenol extra strength and a nap in a dark quiet room seemed to always help me.

Talk to your doctor. I have severe migraines this pregnancy and have been given every medication that they have. I eat and I am plenty hydrated. So talk to your doctor. I had to have a CT Scan and referred to a neurologist.

They should give you guys zofran or something a little heavier but safe to help. But try and eat yogurt stuff with protein and try and keep as full as possible (or as baby will let morning sickness can be very serious) but if nothing is working for you all they need to prescribe at that point

Make sure you are eating enough cause that can cause headaches. Also try and keep hydrated that can cause it too.
