Healthy Snacks

Hello! I am a preschool teacher and I currently work 4 ten hour days a week. My husband and I meet for lunch so I can avoid the temptation for fast food or things I don't need to eat. However, I am looking for some new ideas for snacks to eat during the day. I eat several snacks throughout the day and I get bored quickly. Any ideas to put into my snack rotation? I do have small fridge to keep cold food in, if you have ideas that need refrigerated. Thanks!

Homemade parfaits are the bomb. Plain vanilla yogurt, granola, and diced fruit. Layer it and eat it!

Noodle Salads, Veggies and Dip, Seasoned pretzels.. I have an amazing recipe you can try, They are addicted. Not the best on the health scale, but a heck of a lot better than fast food, and they have the fulfillment after eating a couple of them. If you or anyone wants the recipe just message me. They are delish lol. Um def. cheese and crackers are good. fruits and dip.. chips and dip. I would even pintrest simple healthy snacks.. and I bet you get tons of stuff, very creative stuff too if you like that kind of thing.

I will make 1 comment I can't have any nut based products at work, because the kiddos may have allergies. Thanks for your ideas!! What kind of sandwiches do you eat? I am not a fan of deli meat, but I will eat it every now and then. Thanks!

Some cheese and crackers, dried fruit and nuts, tub of yogurt, even dividing up some healthy sandwiches if you need something more sustainable like I often do!
