Thanks ladies. It has gone now, havent had it since yesterday morning so fingers crossed.
I used to get that . I had really high blood preassure when I got that so check it regularly. Now that I have started taking my meds I don't have that prob anymore.
You could also be congested. When I get very congested somthing strange happens to my hearing and I sometimes can hear my pulse, as an internal sound. Don't know how else to explain it because it is rather strange....
It could be anxiety. That happens to me when I get really anxious, and there doesn't always have to be a good reason to be anxious. It happens to me for no apparent reason most of the time. You just start feeling nervous energy, and maybe you heart rate increases, when that happens, it usually increases BP too, so like Clysta said, it could be that your BP is up. When it happens, just try relaxing techniques. I use meditation and yoga. Of course it's always good to talk to your dr.
It's Sunday but i'l ring my doctor in the morning. The last time I had my BP taken was at 12w and it was normal, prior to pregnancy I have a normal (maybe even a little under but not dangerously low) BP. Just checking if it was normal, its very annoying!
It's not an actual heartbeat in your ears that you hear, rather blood flow. I'm not sure if it's normal or not. I would call your doctor and ask them. Has your BP been ok?
