Try eating Fresh Grapefruit. It turns the acid in your stomach to alkaline. Eat one every other day and it will prevent the heartburn from irrating you. An ounce of prevention is worth more than a pound of cure. Trust me it works wonders ♥

You could try eating small portions, staying away from fried foods and anything with bubbles.  Also see if you can get some alkaline supergreens supplement which will help with the acidity.

Tums helps me a lot and it doesn't hurt the baby at all. It's just calcium.
