Cut back. I had to pay for it I have gestational diabetes and I only gained 3 pounds so fat and I'm 27 weeks pregnant. It ***** so just start eating healthy and leave the bread alone for a while.

Like the others said. Cut back on junk food and eat healthier food. I've gained 30 pounds already so now I'm getting stricter about it

I understand my first trimester was like that because I was constantly hungry.  Now am on my second and I am doing much better. I constantly watch what I eat. I try to do more proteins,  whole grains and fruits and vegetables.  Good luck.

Just gotta be strong and fight the cravings. That's what I have done. I cut out any soda and replaced it with water and also never ate fast food. I'm 32 weeks and have only gained 10 lbs. It's hard, But Worth lowering the risk of getting diabetes or having a c section. Plus healthy food means it's healthy for the baby too, you aren't benefiting your growing little one by over eating.
