Heart burn

So this is my second pregnancy and I am in my third trimester and the heart burn is a huge thing right now. I have had the whole time but now it is unbearable. Tums are my friend, any advice to help with the heart burn. Also it is anything I eat not specific foods. I mean water causes heart burn.

Try not to eat sugary foods. Anytime I eat sweets or what not I instantly get heartburn. Also I buy a box of 96 heartburn tablets I keep son. In the loung, by the bed, the changing bag, my handbag and some in the kitchen drawer lol so there always to hand :) I suffer really bad heartburn like all day.

I am the same way, to the point that the idea of eating is horrifying! sounds so silly but try clementines, i swear by them! have them in my pocket when i'm out of the house and about 12 by my bedside every night! not sure what it is maybe the natural vitamins or the acid that fights it! but they relieve my heart burn! i've grown to love them lol
