I use baking soda!! It is literally instant relief. I believe its half a teaspoon with half a cup of water. It gives you directions on the baking soda container if its arm and hammer. I don't like using medications so I use that every time I have bad heartburn. Just stir it up and drink it down immediately, literally the next time you burp there is no heartburn its amazing. It tastes like stale pelligrino or old salt water & It only lasts about an hour or two depending on your body but give it a try!! I promise you will get instant relief.

Zantac and tums! Milk helps too. Also stay away from chocolate unless you have tums on hand lol. I noticed it was the worst food that gave me heartburn.

Milk and drinking room temperature water works. Juice makes it worse I've kinda stayed away from juice while being pregnant. Dont eat and lay down try walking around after eating so your food can digest faster
