my nipples hurt so bad and all around the nipple area is really sore kinda burn and hurt to touch
Mines were killing me last night, softly wash them in cool water, dry them and put some antibacterial ointment like neosporin if there raw, cracked, chafed, burning, or leaking. Or you can put petroleum jelly like vasline on them. Then cover your nipples so no fabrics rub them. Try a soft cotton bra with no under wire.
It's a normal part of pregnancy love....I completely understand how you feel. I'm 29+6 and my nipples hurt STILL
