Help. Miscarriage.
About last year I was doing some foreplay with my boyfriend at the time. We didn't use protection because we weren't having sex. I know that the only way to get pregnant is if we were to have actual sex, or if our genitals had some sort of contact. They didn't.
A week-ish after one our foreplay escapades, I started spotting and my period had already ended a while ago. My period was nowhere near starting or ending, and I immediately thought that I was pregnant. I also have horrible anxiety so the logical side went out the window. I still saw some possibility that I COULD have gotten pregnant (did his hand touch his semen, then touch me? etc). The spotting went away after some time, then my period came at it's reliatively normal schedule. It might have been a bit late because of stress, I don't know. However, could I have miscarried?
