Help!!! Not showing at 18 weeks !

Hi I'm 19, and I am about 18 weeks into my first pregnancy and I am not showing at all, which concerns me, I've had no bleeding or anything, and I'm almost positive that I've felt movement nearly everyday usually at night but I feel it in my pelvis/pubic bone area not my belly.. , I'm 5 foot tall and started out weighing 110 pounds , I weigh 115 now, but I don't even have the slightest bump..  I am long waisted so I don't know if maybe that has anything to do with it.. I'm just getting worried, people keep saying are you sure there's a baby in there, and it just really worries me, I had an ultrasound about 3 weeks ago and everything was fine , and I have one on coming up on May 27th, should I call my doctor, or do you think everything is okay? I'm just really worried. If anyone could help I'd really appreciate it!

That's absolutely normal :)  With my first I didn't show until 20 weeks, and a lot of women on here will tell you that they didn't show until then or even later.
