So when I had my last kid I didn't start really having painful contractions until I was 5 cm dilated and I'm 31 almost 32 weeks and I'm having constant tightening and some prussure think I should wait or call??
Both Braxton Hicks and contractions have a tendency to happen earlier with s second pregnancy. Some women have contractions for a month before going into labor. It sounds like Braxton Hicks to me. Try laying down and drinking water, if they don't go away it may not be Braxton Hicks. If you are concerned though just call your Dr.
