Help!!!

I'm 40+2 and I have a very painful situation that I need answers to.

I have a lump formed at the base of my belly, at first I thought it was extra fat but a few days have past and its swollen to then size of a soft ball and is extremely painful to touch and the pain shoots up to my navel. The lump is always at the base of my belly butoves from side to side and will not reduce in size.

What is this?!

I will call the doctor. I'm sorry I don't know. The doctor may ask you to go on to examine it.
