Help

So I have a 6 month old son, I'll be 18 weeks Thursday. I know you aren't suppose to life anything heavy & I'm worried because I have no choice but to life my 15 pound son... Am I okay to do that? Will my babygirl be ok? I think I am just over thinking..

basically you are suppose to maintain the lifestyle you have (unless the dr says not to) but shouldnt start up weight lifting as a pregnancy past time.

Yes you are fine. I have a now 2 1/2 yrold as well as 1 1/2 yr old and am now 37 weeks pregnant and have been lifting both of them the entire time. Combined the entire pregnancy they have weighed 40-60 lbs and at times I have lifted then together :) your body will adjust as you progress since you have been lifting her from the beginning you should be fine unless your dr says otherwise!

@Miyu19 ; thank you so much. That honestly made me feel a lot better. I just get so worried, but I have no choice being that he can't walk yet lol. & I haven't felt her move but everyone says I won't until about 20+ weeks especially since I also just had a baby not too long ago.

15 pounds is fine. Women including myself still weight train during pregnancy to keep both us and baby healthy. If you couldn't lift a certain weight comfortably before pregnancy then I'd say no, but he's still pretty light. My groceries weigh more lol.

You could also try baby wearing. That helps your arms be more free and much less tiresome too.
