Help!

I am 32 weeks pregnant with my second kiddo. I have g diabetes and struggling with stomach problems. I am never hungry and forget to eat. What I do eat is nothing but veggies and Jerry because I feel trapped, even a glass of milk makes my blood sugar raise really high and I don't want to start on medication. My doc is mad because I'm losing weight. So far only 1 pound gained this whole pregnancy. And I can't stop having diarrhea sorry tmi. I feel like just giving up on food all together because I can't handle it anymore. Is there any others mommies to be struggling with this? My doc isn't helping me so I'm reaching out for some help.

Definitely check with your doctor and tell them you want to stay away from meds but are whilling to work on your doet, you could see a dietician? Protein is what you need most (like an above commenter said) and veggies and fruits actually have lots of natural sugars.

britt,  you need more medical help than this.  Were you a healthy weight at the beginning of this pregnancy,  and you have gained virtually no weight and now you're not eating?

You need protein. Do you like scrambled eggs? Add some salsa and avocado too. Hamburgers wrapped in lettuce instead of a bun. A nice steak. Almonds are some of the highest protein nuts. Focus on a vegetable and a protein at each meal if possible. I'm sorry you're having to deal with GD! I hope you're feeling better soon!
