My appetite *****!!

I'm 8 weeks pregnant, and I literally have no cravings and I don't wanna eat anything, it ***** because I know I need to eat, but I feel so sick all the time and have no appetite for any kind of food. Anyone else feel the same way? Any tricks I can do to help me gain an appetite, or foods that I may be okay eating? I just don't know if it's normal to literally not want to eat anything...

I am 10 weeks and I have been having that problem for weeks. Grains like breads, pretzels, crackers, They get me to feel a little better so I can eat some other foods I need. As long as you are eating some thing you and your baby will be okay. Babies take the nutrients  from your food before you get any so if you feel like you are getting enough than the baby is getting enough as well. In the beginning it is okay if you lose some wait just make sure you talk with your doctor. They will always tell you if they think your not getting enough nutrition.

I know this might sound crazy but try smelling a lemon. They say smelling something really fresh helps. And for some unknown reason the yellow skittles worked for me if I sucked on one or two lol.
