Helping baby along

Im wondering what can i do to help my mucus plug start to shed i walk try sex squats NOTHING seems to work.. im 38 39 weeks im miserable i can barely get to the restroom i hurt so much i can barely walk sit stand nothing.. I have only dilated a cm nd a half ...i havent had any sign of my plug at all!! Please somebody help me if you can.. like what worked for you or friend family im jus anxious to meet my lil man..

Ive tried it all too its just not ment to be lol ill just wait it out hopefully i get good news tuesday but for now ill keep doing squats sex walking pineapples

I have the same problem im 38 in a h
half weeks almost 39 I've been walking having sex squats spicy food  over and over still stuck at 1 in a half centimeters

Some women won't lose their mucus plug at all until labor, so maybe just try to kick start labor.
Sex, squats, birthing ball,stairs, Nipple stimulation, raspberry tea, dance,maybe a bumpy car ride,

I heard fresh pineapples nd certain teas too but i dnt want no problems with my bby do ill keep squatin walkin sex and nipple stimulation
Oh i heard that castor oil helps too... but it gives you the rund nd lots of vomiting it works for some and others it doesnt.. im just so tired of hurtin everytime i get up walk sit stand turn in my sleep
Its like everybody having their babies except me... uuggghh motherhood ii tell yuh

I heard cinnamon tea can help you lose your mucus plug but I haven't tried it myself.

Thanks i have tried squats but all it causes is pelvic pains... so ill try nipple stimulation hope it works

This may be tmi but nipple stimulation works well but it has to be like 30 mins of stimulation like 3 or more times a day.. I'm going to do it with this baby starting in about 3 more weeks when I'm 38 weeks along good luck hope it works for you also try some squats
