Helping people move

so today my aunt wanted me to see her new house. When she picked me up she brought me to the house she was moving after and had me and my brother completely move her out. Now she never said I was helping her move. I told her I was a high risk pregnancy and I'm 12 weeks and 6 days so I would not do any heavy lifting. She agreed and left it at that for the moment. So I'm packing clothing into boxes and she keeps asking me to move s*@+ and I said no. She broke down into tears and was hysterical until I agreed to help her move stuff. Now my legs all the way up to my thighs are swollen and I had to have my boyfriend shower me because I can barely move. Is there anything I can do to ease the pain?

I did call my doctor and I see her  in 3 days. For now I'm in bed rest until I see her

Take Tylenol and soak in a hot bath. And DO NOT under ANY circumstances allow ANYONE to talk you into doing ANYTHING your doctor has advised you against, EVER again. You could've seriously hurt yourself and your baby. Call your doctor and tell them what happened to make sure you don't need to come in and see them. You should've just walked away.

Try taking an epsom salt bath and drink lots of water.
