Yea ive been pregnant 6 times ( 3 babies and 2 miscarriages now pregnant with my fourth) and i know every pregnancy is different but i never got the chills or had hot flashes until after i had them. like within 2 or 3 days postpartum, But were all different so i would just go get checked.
