He's here! (:
Well, I had my check up Wednesday to set my induction time for Thursday. But my blood pressure was really high so they sent me straight to L&D. Got there around 4 and got all set up, but since my blood pressure was going back down they decided to just keep me over night to be monitored. Thursday morning at 5:30 they broke my water and started pitocin. I went in already 3 cm dilated hoping it'd speed things up. But by 11:30 I was only at a 5. Checked me again around 4:00 and I was at a 7. But from there I didn't progress so we got ready for a c-section. C-section wasn't that bad, just had anxiety during it because I felt like I couldn't breath or move my arms. But at 6:37pm my baby boy entered this world weighing 9lbs 3oz and 20.5 inches long! Was a big shock because just last week they estimated him being only 7.14lbs. Huge difference! Lol. Head full of hair even though I had no heartburn at all. I'm really sore but doing well. Having a hard time getting him to latch on, but I won't give up. He is absolutely perfect and a mixture of myself and his dad.
