High pulse rate, should I worry??

I'm 32 weeks as of tomorrow (12-29-13) and I have had problems with getting random tunnel like vision accompanied with severe nausea, feeling winded without moving at all, having a hard time breathing, feeling physically drained of all energy to move at all(which that feeling stays a few days after it happens), and serious dizziness to the point I can't really walk (if I try, the tunnel vision gets worse and I can't see hardly at all through the dark fuzzy sight)
today I was visiting my mother and it happened while we were sitting at the kitchen table just talking, and she said it sounded like blood pressure. She grabbed her machine to check it and these were the results:
Sys: 107
DIA: 57
Pulse: 120
I'm just wondering if I should be worried or not... I told my OB about it the previous times it has happened and he has done nothing but tell me there is nothing they can do unless I'm able to make it in for him to see me while it's happening. Which is hard to do considering the doctors office is over 40 minutes away and it's calmed dramatically by the time I get there.

I wonder why it all comes at once then. :/
I ended up in the ER over it ome time already, and they couldn't figure out what was going on really. I was diagnosed with virtigo and they perscribed me medication for it and for the nausea, but it only seems to make it worse. The nausea pills work but not the other.  So I don't know what to do at this point. :(

Its normal to have an elevated heart rate while pregnant. Mine runs anywhere from 95 to 110 resting and higher if im worried or active but only when Im pregnant. The symptoms youre having shouldnt be coming from your heart rate being elevated though. The most it might do is make you get dizzy when you stand up
