High risk pregnancy

I am 32 years old and am 8 weeks pregnant. I am considered high risk because I have had a few miscarriages and chemical pregnancies in the past. I went to the doctor recently and saw the baby and the heartbeat was 170. I was advised no sex no lifting etc...  Last night my husband came home frisky and I refused to have sex but I did have an orgasm. I am not bleeding or cramping, I am just so scared and mad at myself for letting that happen. Could I have messed anything up?

I think that's more of a precaution, of course I wouldn't make a habit of it (as hard as that is!) as long as you're not cramping or bleeding I wouldn't stress, you got a nice, strong, H/B so I would relax a little!

Thank you for your responses. I am still so scared but I appreciate so much both of your responses.

I don't think so, unless the doc told you not to. I've been very horny this time and have had a bunch kind of close together. I asked my doc if there was a thing as to much and if I should cool it and she said what ever makes me happy and its fine unless you have been told not to. I have also lost a few so I understand worring. You should be fine but it never hurts to call and ask. If you do make sure to ask about both. Good luck!
