Horse Back Riding

Instead of bouncing on a yoga ball can you just go horse back riding? Not like running or galloping but just going on a walk cuz its a bumpy ride...

I WISH! Haha. But no I don't think so. Horses are unpredictable animals and there is always a chance you will get hurt.

I personally wouldn't risk possibly falling from that height. Your balance gets thrown off during pregnancy.

I have a friend whos mom rode horses all throughout her pregnancy. I dunno what her doctor said about it,but iI've seen pics of her super pregnant and on a horse lol. I would just be super careful getting on and off, and being on a really good/easy horse.

Well its common since to not get on a horse that I wouldn't think was safe but if I'm that worried bout it my hubby can walk the horse while I ride. He won't leave my side he's so protective! I love it lol

I love riding but its a sport I've decided to give up until I deliver. I don't want to risk anything. I have a good friend who miscarried at 6 months after she fell off a calm horse that she knew very well. And this girl could ride! I would have a hard time forgiving myself if something happened to my baby that could have been avoided.

I'm 37 weeks and I still ride my horse. I've never had a problem with balance, only problem I have is I get sore easier. my doctor said since I have always rode my horse that it's fine that I continue to ride.

I've been brought up around and own a couple horses myself. But since finding out I'm pregnant I've never rode once. No matter how much i may trust the horse, who's to say I won't take a bad turn while up so high? The risks are unbelievable and my midwife was deadly against it. It's just not worth it.
