How To Announce 2nd Baby !?!?

So both my husband and I are very close with our mom's (especially my dad for me) and we are really excited to be telling them our news today. We have a son together and he is four and our parents have been asking us a lot lately when we're going  to have our next baby! well I am 7 weeks on Monday and telling them today. Just wanting to know if anybody has any ideas for how to tell them. We're thinking about doing a lunch with both our moms and maybe having our son wear a big brother shirt !!!! Come on ladies! let's get creative and give me some cool ideas we'd really appreciate it!!!!

Ps. We won't be finding out the sex until the baby is here ! So exciting !

I love the gifts from both grandchildren idea!!! This is basically our mothers day. I think we are going to put copies of our ultrasound in cards and have our son give it to his grandma's ! Of course he will have on the shirt and I'm thinking once he hands over the cards we can take off his jacket !!! You are all wonderful ! Thank you SO much !!
