How can I feed my unborn?

I am 5 weeks pregnant and I am not able to keep anything down... Not even water...what can I do? I was only 95lbs Wednesday im probably even less now :(

Also peppermint tea works wonders. Or peppermint lollies

At the moment it doesn't really matter if you don't eat as much because your baby doesn't need as much now nutrients at this stage. But make sure you make up for it when you're a bit further on

I used to keep a packet of ginger biscuits in my bedside table and eat two every morning before I got out of bed. Or if you can't keep those down, grate some fresh ginger into an ice cube tray and fill with water, freeze and you can either put them in a mug of hot water or just suck on them.

Drinking Gingeral soda could help. I know that with my last 3 pregnancies it helped me alot through out my whole pregnancy. and just snacking on crackers like saltine crackers or snacking on fruit and vegetables and eating small meals.
