sleepytime tea ?

So idk if any of you know what sleepytime tea is but this is my second time drinking it to soothe my cough , I was just wondering is this ok to drink ? It has no caffeine but is considered herbal tea , its ingredients say chamomile,spearmint,lemongrass,tilia flowers,blackberry leaves,orange blossoms,hawthorn and rosebuds

I love sleepytime tea & was concerned also. But my doc said it is more than fine to drink(:

I've drank it while pregnant and been fine, my kids love a cup of sleepytime tea before bed!
