How many weeks am I ?

Question my last month period was on Dec 16 which would put me at 12weeks today but my baby is measuring for me to be about 10weeks Mon is that because I conceived 10weeks ago ?? I know they add on 2 extra weeks jus wondering which weeks I should say Iam
