I am 36 weeks and my doctors want to induce. any advice on how to induce naturally?

hello, I am pregnant with my third child, I am 36 weeks, will be 37 weeks on Friday, my doctors want to induce me soon but I was induced with my first boy and I hated the feeling, so my question is if any of you have any techniques that I could use to induce myself naturally and before the end of the week? any feedback would be very helpful. thank you. :-)

I was 38 weeks with my second and my doc was planning to induce but I had sex and 2 days later went into labor the male's sperm releases hormones to causes the uterus to contract natuarally. Also try nipple stimulation and eat pineapples
