I don't know what to do

I'm a high risk pregnancy because I somehow managed to get kidney, liver, and spleen infections. And I've been having period type cramps for a couple hours. My pain is pretty much unbearable, but that's back pain from the infections. I don't want to go all the way to the hospital just to get sent home. I'm 34+4. I've already been trying Tylenol, warm bath, and a heating pad. Nothing is helping.

I was 25 weeks when I got one.  I ended up having my son  at 35weeks. You should definitely go in if the pain is unbearable as it could be contractions.

I was in the hospital at 26 weeks and that's when they discovered everything. They couldn't get the pain under control but were putting my body under more stress by trying because everything made me sick so they released me.

I know a kidney infection will cause contractions which if the pain is unbearable and you go back to the hospital and demand for them to admit you until the pain in under control. I spent 4 days in the hospital with iv antibiotics as well as on pain meds when I had a kidney infection
