This might be really weird on how me and my bf finally got pregnant but I heard it has worked for a lot of ppl. Once he comes inside u literally stick ur legs and butt up in the air to where ur vagina is upside down.

Once he ejaculates in you don't go to the bathroom right away. Give those spermies a chance to swim upstream. ;) When we were trying to conceive I always went to the bathroom right after and it would all come out. (No pun intended) LOL so I finally just let it sit in me for a while and it worked. Good luck!

Just make sure you are trying around the time you are ovulating.  Try to eat healthy and be active.. do you already have a child together? If not and you have been trying at the right time for a year and still nothing I would consider both getting checked out to make sure everything is okay most doctor's say after a year of trying is when they would consider possible fertility issues. Good luck
