I have these weird Bumps on my vagina, Is it something serious?

Several months ago probably around September 2015, I randomly started getting these red bumps, I Ignored them because there was only two, they seem to only form around the pubic area. I am second trimester pregnant now and have noticed many more of them forming. They start out as pimples and then a few days later swell up and when I have popped them there is this clear shiny liquid that comes out so far not much has worked they seem to not go away. I do not think that they are any type of STD ..Firstly because my husband hasn't gotten them and its been like 8 months and also did my research on genital warts and herpes. There Only where the Actual Skin is Not on any inner part of my Vagina. Also I might add when I do pop them they turn a dark purple and swivel up. they are some what hard to the touch but hardly any bleeding has occured. They DO NOT ITCH or anything serious but are annoying and embarrassing and would like to get rid of them asap..Any one have any Idea what they are? What is Causing them? how to treat them?

This sounds like it could be bartholin cyst around the vagina. Try sitting in warm water. Add some salt to it. Make sure the water isn't boiling hot! Sit in it for a good 25 minutes. Make sure that when you shower you have no contact with the bathtub floor because that has many germs. Wash your vagina every day and do not use anything but pure water to clean yourself. Also try damp warm cloths and place it around the area where you have them. DO NOT POP THEM! It will cause an infection and often they would end up draining them!

First off, don't pop them, this can cause infection.

They sound to me like inverted hair follicles, they can cause the issues you are describing. If they continue, see your doctor.

Sounds like they could be just an infected poor or hair follicle. They happen sometimes when you gain weight due to pregnancy or otherwise and clothing doesn't fit the way it used to sometimes rubbing the area and causing irritation and sweat and bacteria are introduced creating the bumps.
