I just feel v alone. sptoting bleeding clots

Question

I've been bleeding dark brown stuff since Friday. It started during intercourse but it was more red, since then it's been dark brown spotting and now I'm wearing panty liners. Im not in any pain but it feels like I'm on my period, ie. Feels tender in my lower abdomen. I wasnt worried before but ive found some clotting today (not big)?! I have a scan on Thursday to see everything's OK. But can you have a miscarriage without feeling any pain? Has anyone bled dark brown around the time of their usual period? I'm 10 weeks tomorrow, just got used to being pregnant and I really do not want to lose my first baby :(

That same thing happened to me I was spotting and it went from small to big clots of blood and then my baby came out and I end up having a stillbirth so don't wait until last minute you need to go right now

I bled red with clots and then brown after intercourse as well. Come to find out some of it was old blood and new blood because my vagina was a lil too sensitive for the roughness. All was well and the heartbeat was still strong as ever. I advise you to get checked but not stress too much.

I had bleeding and dark brown spotting around the time of my period, although I had no clotting. I'm 21 weeks now, so not all signs of bleeding/spotting are bad. It is always best to get checked as early as possible, yet despite us thinking it is extremely important some medical practitioners do not take bleeding etc as a priority as miscarriage is common enough before 12 weeks. If you can get to an early pregnancy clinic where they will hopefully give you a scan and put your mind at rest. Wishing you all the best

Yes I agree. Bleeding and clotting needs to be checked out immediately.

Do not wait until Tuesday ! Go in today . Call and tell them you need to be seen today you are bleeding . I really hope everything is well with your baby ! It is always better to be safe than sorry .
