I won't recommend that at all.. When I was pregnant with my daughter it was a tea that I had. It helped me go into labor

I drink castor oil and it made my baby come within 5 hours BUT It made me poop a lot in the labor room but the doctor gave me a pill to stop it after MY epidural and I was 39 weeks

Drinking castor oil can cause your baby to have a bowel movement while being in the womb and cause cause breathing issues for your baby. I think drinking it is irresponsible

If you were 40 weeks and 1 day I still wouldn't advise you to drink castor oil. Please don't!

I know several woman who have tried castor oil during last week of pregnancy. All of them experienced extreme pain and contractions, but it never put them in labor. Also awful gas and diarrhea for 2-3 days. And it did cause stress on the baby for 2 of my friends and they had to be monitored in hospital for 24-48 hrs. I certainly wouldn't recommend.
