IM BACKKKKKKK, Ladies, I think I'm spotting??

Okay so Wednesday I took some exedrine to make me go to sleep.. didn't work so like umm 3 to 4 hours later I took some sort of liquid medicine that I know will make me drowsy. Well it did! I couldn't really sleep though because before I took these medicines my tummy was hurting and I couldn't eat anything it would make me sick, I couldn't sleep walk on my own nothing like that. Yesterday I believe it was, I started noticing this pinkish color when I wipe after urinating. My tummy still hurts, I've been feeling like I have to vomit since Wednesday. Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday I've done nothing but vomit whatever I ate. It got to a point where I couldn't vomit anymore because there was nothing in my stomach to come up. I didn't eat for like 2 days because I felt so bad. Friday I was screaming to go to the ER but ever went because I was scared they were going to keep me in the hospital because of how I've been feeling. Is this spotting that I'm seeing? Should I take a test? I've NEVER in my life felt this tummy pain or felt so sick to wanting to make myself throw up just so I can feel better. If I test, can I take it now and get an accurate result? Any advice would be helpful, thanks!!

A sensitive test will detect pregnancy about 10 days after conception under the right conditions and a standard test about 14 days after conception.

Your symptoms dont sound early pregnancy related.  You should definitely make an appointment with your doctor.

Just to add that you might be pregnant - Im not trying to say that your not.  But the severity of nausea you have been feeling would not occur until a month or so into the pregnancy - certainly not while spotting which I suspect you feel could be implantation bleeding.
