Ice cream
Ok so I've been eating ice cream from ice cream van. Not all the time. About once a fortnight or something. But I've just read that you're not supposed to eat them because ts bad for you? Worried now...
My midwife told me not to eat it what so ever due to itbeing made with milk in a certain way.. unpasterized milk or something it can cause birth defects and even miscarriage she said.. no soft icecreams like macdonalds or ice cream van etc only the hard ice cream like ben and jerrys
Ice cream YUM ... like mtasker said its mainly the sugar and if its soft ice cream like Mr Whippy it might not be pasturised. But once in a blue moon won't hurt. I been having McFlurry every so often ;)
