I'm shaking so bad!!!
Well my husband and I must have had a very good "Happy New Years" night because.............. I just got my BFP! I went to the store today and almost didn't grab a pack of tests because I thought that I wouldn't be pregnant. It is ALWAYS when I least expect it and now I'm shaking so bad.
The only inkling I had was feeling SO SO SO tired in the mornings but as a mom of three that isn't unusual anyway.
Ahhhhhh! I can't believe it! It turned positive within a minute and then I ran downstairs and shoved it in Daniel's face. We had just been watching Stargate Universe and the lights were off except for a strand of Christmas lights so he couldn't see anything. He jumped up yelling, "NO WAY!" and ran into the other room to turn on the light... sure enough there is NO mistaking it. He grabbed me in a huge hug and said, "Congratulations" and then prayed over the new little one.
I'll be honest- with two miscarriages I'm feeling more cautious and nervous. He was jumping all over the dining room and grinning so much. I'm calling my midwife first thing in the morning for a blood test to ease my mind. And I'm going to try to get a sonogram the first week of February when I'm about 7 weeks so I can breathe a little easier, too. Despite all that I AM totally stoked and cannot wait for all the pregnancy milestones!

Thank you everyone! I appreciate all the wonderful notes. We are beyond excited. I never got my lab results today so I just took one of the Progesterone pills. Better safe than sorry. I even called this afternoon and had to leave a message for someone to call with my result. Last time I needed Progesterone I was given it too late because of the same crap; people not returning my calls or getting paperwork for labs sent properly. Ahhh... I need to relax, LOL!
Congrats Joy! I got my BFP on Dec. 19th. I am 7wk1dy. I go to the doctor tomorrow for the first time!

Malia- I know, right? Some of the calculators are giving me weird dates. I'm just going to go by Sept 23rd. They're all estimations anyway, LOL!

Congrats!!!! I'm betting that your due Sept 23rd! I was due last year October 9th and concieved on January 16th and didn't get my first BFP until January 30th so if you were due on October 8th you wouldn't even be pregnant yet. I also hoping and praying you have a BOY!!!

I could NOT sleep last night and usually it is super hard for me to get up in the morning but I popped up like toast in a toaster because I think I'm running on adrenaline. I also took another test and the test line came up before the control line this time and almost immediately! It's darker than last night's too, which doesn't really mean anything but it is definitely there. WOW!!!
Symptoms so far- feeling bloated and "full" in my lower abdomen. Sometimes I get a little dizzy so I am chugging water. Nothing else really going on. I don't really start getting symptoms until week 7 or more.
Called the midwife group and left a message around 8:30 and it's 10:30 now without a call back. I'm going to call again after lunch if they don't call me before then. I really want to get my progesterone checked just in case!

Super congrats! I remember the day I saw the pink line...u can't stop shaking! LOL! Try wiping a smile off your face today would be impossible! I am so happy for you hun! :)
