Implantation bleeding

I have very regular periods. I normally start on the 15th of every month. I'm 19 but I started my first period in the 5th grade. I've been experiencing spotting. From what I've looked up, it could be implantation bleeding? At first it was pinkish.. A little more red than pink. Then it was brown, today it's red. It's lasted for four days and still going. In very small amounts and lasts for an hour. Is it too early for a pregnancy test? Or could this be something other than pregnancy? I want to wait to go to the doctor until I test. I'm just really nervous. I haven't had my normal pre-period symptoms. But, I have been gassy, bloated, and tired. My breast aren't sore and I haven't had any cramps. Please let me know what you think!!
