Implantation or period

On Dec. 31, 2011 I had a normal PD but then didn't have it for at least 3 months until April 24, 2012.  But it was usual, it was very light (no clots or change and it was off and on) and ended today when it normally last for about 5 to 7 days, I had lower abdomen cramping for about 30 minutes and they got better.  I am not too sure what it is.  Right before it started, I have been feeling nausae, tired (still tired), emotional, and every now and then I will feel twinges in the middle of my lower adbomen along with some other stuff too.  Does someone have any opions on what might be going on with me?

Thank you very much.  Being this way confuses me and it is tough trying to figure all of this out.  Even though that it ended, I still feel the sensations in my abdomen.  I didn't feel really sick a week before I got this and it was driving me nuts.
